For healthcare and medical practices, a 24-month minimum commitment is required to build and launch a full system due to HIPAA compliancy and setup, also payable monthly. There could be some assets of our system like social media management only that could go month-to-month.

Once your system is built, we provide hands-on training to ensure you and your team know how to use it effectively. Ongoing training is included in your monthly subscription, and you’ll also have access to 24/7 live chat support for help anytime you need it.
There may be additional costs in a few areas depending on usage—such as text and email marketing, AI credits, or advanced SEO services. These can either be included in your monthly subscription or billed as needed, based on how often you use them. We’ll review all options with you upfront to ensure there are no surprise charges or hidden fees.
